Wizard woes.
I've been trying to update to V3 and it goes into install loop where after re-boot it starts the install wizard again and will not start or update definitions. I'm a little ticked about signing up for 3 years on this system and then " new and improved Vipre " is offered as upgrade for of course extra money. Yeah, I know it does more but I also have sunk money into Norton because you didn't offer it before.

Inappropriate?That's an odd situation, and I can certainly understand your frustration.
If you're installing over an existing CounterSpy installation, I would uninstall completely the prior version of CounterSpy and the VIPRE installation. That should fix the problem.
