YOU TOOK MY MONEY BUT WON'T ACTIVATE
I had version 2x running and had paid for a two year extension. A few weeks later (Sept 24th)m I decided to go ahead and upgrade to version 3. After i downloaded and installed I discovered that I had lost all of my previously paid subscription. Whats worse, I had to rummage around on my drive to find the activation / serial that I had before, then when I tried to pay for another extension, your site took my money but still won't extend my service, and I cannot get CounterSpy to run now!

PS This is a Windows 2000 box... Also PS: when I tried to buy an upgrade extension tonight, I paid for TWO more years and still cannot get it to work at all!

Thanks for posting. I apologize for the issues you are experiencing with CounterSpy.
1. Open the CounterSpy program
2. Click on 'Help' followed by 'Register'
3. Enter your key, name and email address and click OK.
Once you complete this process your trial version will become the full subscription version.
