On June 1, 2008, all Dynamic Support 8x5 contracts on SonicWALL Aventail EX-750/1500/1600/2500 SSL VPN appliances will be automatically upgraded at no additional cost to SonicWALL E-Class Support 24x7. This upgrade, combined with SonicWALL support's in-house delivery model, provides a higher level of support services for SonicWALL customers with E-Class products. Your new E-Class Support 24x7 contract will provide you with the following:

- Direct access to our in-house team of highly-trained Senior Support Engineers
- 24x7x365 telephone and Web-based technical support
- Subscription to software and firmware updates and upgrades
- Advance Exchange hardware replacement in the event of failure
- Subscription to SonicWALL Service Bulletins and newsletters
- Access to electronic support tools and moderated discussion groups
- Invitations to SonicWALL Beta programs

Designed exclusively for customers with SonicWALL E-Class solutions, E-Class Support 24x7 delivers the enterprise-class support features and quality of service that companies require to keep their networks running smoothly and efficiently.
