Does Get Satisfaction support Trac, SVN, Bugzilla, etc? in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on May 09, 2008 20:05.

Does Get Satisfaction tie in to Trac, SVN, bugzilla, basecamp, or other bug tracking software? Is there a way to import problems into a feature request repository?

Syncing between Basecamp and Lighthouse in Beanstalk. Last reply on January 26, 2008 19:25.

There is a high level of overlap in beanstalk (bs), basecamp (bc) and lighthouse (lh). Specifically projects (bs, bc, lh), users (bs, bc, lh), and milestones (bc, lh).

It would be fantastic to sync the projects from basecamp to beanstalk and to lighthouse, and do the same for milestones. This would also go for users. So, considering that basecamp would be the center of operations (used by project managers) we could do the following:
    1) Create a new project in basecamp. Go to beanstalk and flag that project to be "synced". This would auto-create the repository and auto-create a lighthouse project. It would also auto-create all of the appropriate user accounts.

    2) Sync users between Basecamp and beanstalk and lighthouse. If I manage users in lighthouse, it should manage users in beanstalk and lighthouse.

    3) Sync Milestones between Basecamp and Lighthouse.

I realize that basecamp has a weaker API that does not allow for many things to be remotely created. However, it does allow most things to be exported. And lighthouse does a great job with their API allowing you to do nearly anything remotely.

The only draw-back is that there is no way to attach events to basecamp so that when a new milestone, project, user is created that beanstalk can know about it and act accordingly.

Why can't I integrate with basecamp? in Beanstalk. Last reply on March 22, 2008 16:53.

Why can't I integrate with basecamp?

    my basecamp URL is
    http://acts-as-consultant.projectpath...

    my beanstalk URL is
    http://acts-as-consultant.beanstalkap...

I have the right usernames and logins, but beanstalk seems to have a problem.
    Any ideas?

Web 2.0 my milestones in 37signals.

Editing a milestone takes more clicks than it needs to: wouldn't it be nice to be able to drag and drop a milestone on the calendar view?

    More Basecamp templates! in 37signals.

The to-do list template feature is awesome, but having even more templates would be even better. I'm thinking milestone templates, file templates (in terms of applying the same set of files to new projects for documentation), etc. What do you think?

Let us create Milestone templates for new projects! in Basecamp.

To-do templates are fine and all, but having a Milestone template would seal the deal as far as getting my company to commit to BaseCamp. Easily 80% of our projects follow the same routine for beginning a job such as

    1) Project Brief
    2) Production Schedule
    3) Creative Development
    and so on...

I find it hard to believe this hasn't been rolled out yet.
