    BaseCamp integration issues? in Beanstalk. Last reply on July 03, 2008 11:09.

    Does BaseCamp integration currently work? I have a free basecamp account, did the setup (which went easy enough).

    However, no new messages are posted at BaseCamp on commit.

    Any clues on resolving this issue?

    The Basecamp message syntax is terrible. Can you guys at @37signals listen to user fededback and work on it? Thanks.

    Customer services sucks - totally unresponsive in 37signals. Last reply on June 26, 2008 03:24.

    I've paid for the top-level $149/month plan which includes Campfire, however, it continues to block us from using unlimited chats and list ads within the conversation. This has been a problem for months now. After several attempts to contact customer support, we still haven't heard anything back. Ugh. Anyone here have connections to 37signals customer support?

    Let us create Milestone templates for new projects! in Basecamp.

    To-do templates are fine and all, but having a Milestone template would seal the deal as far as getting my company to commit to BaseCamp. Easily 80% of our projects follow the same routine for beginning a job such as

    1) Project Brief
    2) Production Schedule
    3) Creative Development
    and so on...

    I find it hard to believe this hasn't been rolled out yet.

    just saw that the basecamp integration is finally working, but the formatting for the basecamp messages look kinda wrong:

    seems like the textile formattings are not working properly / ain't interpreted....

    How can I connect to Basecamp if I skipped it on Signup? in Beanstalk. Last reply on October 24, 2007 15:44.

    I was not able to connect to basecamp when setting up the initial project due to the API not being enabled on my basecamp account. When I enabled it and went to try again, it was not working so I continued without connecting.

    Now I can't find any place in the account settings a place to connect to Basecamp or Lighthouse.

    Am I missing something?
