Slimscan C6 USB Windows XP driver problem in Microtek.
Whenever this device is disconnected and reconnected, the drivers in Windows XP no longer work and won't re-install properly. A procedure for successfully re-installing these drivers in Windows XP needs to be created. -

USA company, SureCom Solutions, not affiliated with SURECOM of Taiwan in SureCom Solutions. Last reply on May 09, 2008 23:29.
SureCom Solutions, a USA company is not affiliated with SURECOM Technology Corp. of Taiwan. WE DO NOT OFFER SUPPORT FOR THE "UNAFFILIATED" BRAND NAME.
It appears that the manufacturer of the brand closed its doors leaving a large number of consumers with little or no hope for finding support. Those seeking drivers and support for UNAFFILIATED brand name SURECOM should search the many blogs and threads accessible from search engines.

Which scanner should I buy if I want one with good Mac support? in Apple. Last reply on March 15, 2008 01:10.
Scanner software can be quite awful. I'm looking for a scanner with proper drivers, so I can both scan quickly using Image Capture and scan straight into Photoshop Elements. Any suggestions? -

Flaky Intuos2 drivers under Windows XP in Wacom. Last reply on October 24, 2007 07:24.
Intuos2 drivers stop working in 'pen' mode and switch to mouse mode spontaneously. Requires removing a configuration text file and rebooting. Problem recurs 10-20 mins after reboot (and usage).
Anyone else experience this?
BTW, there's some sort of Knowledge base entry that says they're aware of the problem and has a workaround, but it doesn't work.
