Flickr Profile Query in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on July 02, 2008 21:10.

I noticed, after entering my Flickr ID on my account, that no link to my Flickr photostream appeared on my profile. Not a huge deal, but I was curious - why ask for the information for a link, if none is going to be displayed?

Feature Request: Site User's Tally of submitted products, companies? in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on June 19, 2008 18:58.

okay, this just may be about creating user profile buzz and I can always go on making contributions in life without a name but it would be a interest of mine and others to see who submits which sites if user chooses to go public. This would not create their claim to the url established or any company or product data. Just general fun social network noseyness and kudos to myself for a week's worth of submissions this past weekend.

dashboards: reducing clutter in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on March 27, 2008 16:29.

Idea: when you look up someone else on the site, it would be great if your view of the threads in their dashboard was limited to just the products you have in common. Anyway their products panel on the right would still show you what other products they're into.
This suggestion is driven, again, by wanting to cut out as much clutter as possible.

Overheard features have a split personality? in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on June 12, 2008 00:34.

At my account here in COMPANIES > ADMINISTRATION. I logged my company twitter account for getsatisfaction's OVERHEARD topic. Initially, when this was logged I clicked on: Test your Overheard settings ...

and saw some results. That was days ago and the results have not updated. It is getting stale.

But when I click on the option to: See your Overhead page ...
it takes me to Summize.com and it logs a long list of recent and current twits with my keywords.

What is going on? I thought when I included OVERHEARD with my Twitter account that the communication was between getsatisfaction.com and twitter.

Clicking SEE YOUR OVERHEARD PAGE takes me to a site that is communicating with my twitter account but I never signed up for that. That is not the concern.

I would like to see the information that summize.com updates in my getsatisfacion.com OVERHEARD results. HOT < JUICY < and current. haha.

single sign-on for feedback! in Brightkite. Last reply on June 10, 2008 22:02.

i hate. hate. hate having multiple logins for a single service.

I'm sure this whole "getsatisfaction" helps a bunch since you didn't have to develop it.

(Even if their chunky "1,2,3,4" was confusing at first since they didn't visually group the content under each number. and the question / idea / problem tabs i definitely didn't notice at first).

But. Is there no way to allow a single sign on? Please? It's already too late, i made an account on getsatisfaction, but that doesn't mean i have to be happy about it!

"Last reply by.. username" in the Topics list! in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on June 10, 2008 15:40.

Since it's the support guy's job to stay on top of recent topics in Get Satisfaction, it would be useful to know which ones he/she is on top of. The Recent Active tab is great for this, but there's no way for me to tell if I had the last word in the discussions displayed. If there was a little bit of text next to each topic that stated who replied last and maybe an avatar, that'd be a great relief. You'd know, from just taking a quick glance at the topics, which ones you're on top of and which ones you still need to reply to.

I think this is a vital part that's missing in the current list. Does anyone think the same?

My question got lost during sign up process in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on June 06, 2008 16:37.

I wrote a question while not having an account (firefox 2 + NoScript (getsatisfaction and recaptcha allowed) + Cookies for getsatisfaction allowed). I added a title, tags and a mood. Then I got prompted a sign up / login screen. I had to sign up as I haven't had an account yet. If I remember correctly I than got asked to "really ask my question now" (or something of that kind. I did this. But the question didn't appear on getsatisfaction. So I ended up, typing it again. That's not been such a great experience as I got aware of the problem only after not having my text in the clipboard anymore.

Tivo, where are you? You need to listen! in TiVo.

It's funny, I recently wrote a blog post about how Tivo should look at Customer Service as the new PR and I mentioned GetSatisfaction. I come here and I see that they have not joined. I wonder if they are monitoring this or not.

Anyway, I encourage people to view my blog post and Digg it to help others nudge Tivo into thinking a bit more outside the box when it comes to Customer Service.

Can I pull information from Getsatisfaction.com to my website using the API in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on May 26, 2008 19:14.

I've started looking into the Getsatisfaction API and before I really have one of our programmers dive into it, I was hoping to get confirmation on whether I can do what I want to do with it.

Basically, I want Getsatisfaction.com to host all the questions and discussions regarding my company. But I would like them to be able to have access to all of Getsatisfaction's functionality from WITHIN my company's website. Can the API be used to do this? I've seen the buttons for "Put a topic widget on your website," but I want people to be able to actually participate in the discussions (post new topics, replies, and sign up) from within my website as opposed to just reading them.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks!

Why doesn't my Flickr + Twitter tweet show up on both Overheard tabs? in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on May 24, 2008 02:12.

I posted to Twitter that I was looking for a way to post directly to Twitter from Flickr. I then thought I should make a topic out of it using Overheard, and looked at the Flickr Overheard tab. Not there. I went to the Twitter Overheard tab and it was there. I refreshed both pages so it should have shown up, and in fact there were newer tweets showing in the list on both pages.

How to Support the Company-Customer Pact in Get Satisfaction.

At this year's 'Customer Service is the New Marketing' Summit, Get Satisfaction launched an open source document called The Company-Customer Pact. Our intent was to help companies and customers communicate effectively, honestly, and transparently. The Pact provides a way for companies and customers alike to opt into a set of shared values while sharing responsibility with each other.

The Company-Customer Pact has been posted on a public wiki at http://www.ccpact.com. Support and public comments can be voiced right on the wiki pages. Having your voice included would be terrific!

"These topics may help" could do with a close/stop/go away button in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on April 29, 2008 05:14.

While the "These topics may help:" thing on the start a topic page is a good idea, the complete lack of a close/stop button, it's disinterest in ever not continuing to update, as well as the yellow Ajax effect designed to make you aware of the fact something just got updated, makes it really distracting and annoying when you're typing. The ability to kill/neuter it in some way would be much appreciated.

Any news about the Getsatisfaction "new interface" in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on April 23, 2008 01:07.

Hi Getsatisfaction! I searched for a major thread I could just add to about an "improved getsatisfaction interface", but I couldn't find one that really fit the bill!

So I ended making this new post to ask for news about the "new and improved" getsatisfaction interface, which would incorporate most (?) of the great input floating around all over this group!

    Thanks!
