Company Reps: Gauge the mood in a glance in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on June 25, 2008 23:33.
You can now gauge the mood of the room (topic) in a glance with our nifty "Satisfactometer" graph on the side of the page:
If you see a tall bar under the frowny face you know you've got some damage control to do. What an exciting opportunity to turn it into a win by blowing your customers away with an honest, authentic response! -

Official Reps: Mark your reply as an Official Response if you want it to stick to the top of the conversation in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on April 16, 2008 00:48.
Clicking "Official Response" will designate your answer as the official word from your company or organization by attaching a nifty Official Response banner to your reply. It also keeps it sticky at the top of the page! Just be sure you don't use it on every reply or it may lose it's impact.
If an old topic has a new response, you can uncheck the old official response and mark the new one as "Official Response". You can also begin your response with the word "Update" or the like to indicate that it's new information.

No user account removal? in Lijit. Last reply on June 22, 2008 23:11.
Hi all, first I just wanted to let you know I love your service and that I plan to keep using it.
However, I'm in the process of migrating my identity and have been trying to consolidate the services (and usernames) I use.
I was looking for some way to rename my account or remove it altogether, but wasn't able to find an option to do either.
Any help? -

I think it's too much trouble for them. I know I get annoyed when I have to sign to comment in blogs. -

Email invites to your wiki not going through? Try this workaround! in PBwiki. Last reply on June 13, 2008 15:33.
Folks, we've noticed a lot of email invites to 2.0 wikis being eaten by various email systems.
I've outlined the steps you can take to get your users (a) Accounts and (b) access to your wiki:
(a) Get all your users set up with Accounts
1. Go to http://my.pbwiki.com and click "sign up" for a new PBwiki Account.
2. Make sure they all receive the verification email, and verify their Accounts.
3. Have your users email you from the address they used to set up the Account so you know who signed up with what email address.
4. Go to your wiki, and click on Settings in the right-hand corner, then Users.
5. Add each person's email address as a writer (or whatever access level you choose).
6. Each person should receive an email inviting them to the wiki. If not, don't worry, they still have access.
(b) Get your users access to your wiki:
1. Go to my.pbwiki.com
2. Enter the Account email and Password that was set up earlier
3. Click the name of the wiki you want to go to
4. Edit the wiki!
Note: If your users don't receive a verification email for their PBwiki Account, have them contact Support so we can get them set up.
We're working on ways to make sure these emails get delivered in the first place, but in the meantime, this is a reliable way to get everyone onboard.
Thanks for your patience. -

Adding a shopping cart on Synthasite in SynthaSite. Last reply on June 05, 2008 23:55.
So how exactly do you add a shopping cart to your Synthasite website? The easiest way i found out was to was to simply copy and paste the code into the html widget.
Next question you are probably going to ask is how do i get that code? Well you can write the code yourself and copy and paste using this site: http://www.aspfaq.com/cart/ its insanely easy and I highly recommend you use it.
Here is my site: www.thrillawear.synthasite.com -

Would it be alright if the 140 charas could be extended? 9n9 in Twitter. Last reply on May 30, 2008 01:19.
Would it be alright if the 140 charas could be extended to 150 or 155 or so charas? For those of us (*raises hand*) who give rather extensive messages, the extension of the minimal character usage to a more usable space for longer messages would be very useful. Thank you. 9-9 -

How about an on-line user manual (wiki)? in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on May 29, 2008 05:16.
It would be helpful to have step by step installation instructions for this on-line, preferably in Wiki format, so that users could post problems and solutions related to their specific configurations. -

Provide help system integrated with Satisfaction? in Fluid. Last reply on April 30, 2008 00:11.
Given that Fluid's support is now being handled by Satisfaction, it would ROCK to be able to use the same rich Help menu UI that comes with most apps:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/factoryj...
Imagine that the search actually searches Satisfaction through their API, and clicking the Help link would just open the Satisfaction system from within the Fluid instance. That'd rock! -
