Hello fine Vancouver users! In exploring and adding to our little beta site, have you noticed anything funky happening on the site? A tool that didn't work properly? A page that didn't display properly? A glitch in the matrix?

Help us fix that stuff up lickety split by describing any problems or inconveniences you experience.

I've just purchased Aperture Flickr Export a few days ago. On exporting my images I select in the Preferences Add Flickr ID and URL to Aperture metadata but this doesn't appear to happen. Has anyone any suggestions to why? Thank you.

What is the best bag to get for commuting by bike? My commute is about 1 hour each way on bike and my bag is pretty heavy. My current back pack really pulls down on my shoulders and makes them very sore. It doesn't have a belly strap though. I want to buy a Timbuk2 because i need a more waterproof bag so i can ride in the rain. I was wondering if you thought a messenger would be more comfy for bike riding than a standard back pack. We're hard at work on a number of tools for companies to use to get more benefit out of their participation in Get Satisfaction, and since we have a direct line of conversation open here with all the companies using our service (convenient!), we figured who better to ask about what they want from us?

Specifically, for those of you who have had time to really dig into Get Satisfaction and are actively using it for two-way customer communication, we're looking for answers to this question: "What kinds of information/insights/data do you want to get out of our system?"

Don't just confine yourselves to information that will help you talk to your customers better -- go big. What could we pull out of Get Satisfaction that would help you in all aspects of your business, and how? What could we pull out of the conversations that you're having with your customers that would make your business better (more profitable, greater value, happier customers, all of that.)

I just up and grabbed the RSS feed from my dashboard page and added that as a "blog" to FriendFeed. Is that the preferred way to get it in to my account there or is there a better way?

I am a Chinese user whose PBWiki Title (in Chinese) on the browser doesn't show correctly! (See j-lyrics.pbwiki.com/)

I visited other Chinese users' Wiki, finding that their charset in the source code displays as "zh" while mine displays "en," I don't know why. Is there anyway to change the code? or anyway to show the title correctly? Thanks for attention!
