Feature Request: Outlook integration for RescueTime in RescueTime. Last reply on May 11, 2008 06:27.
I've been using RescueTime for two weeks now and am really enjoying it. I have two feature requests that I believe would double the value for anybody who uses MS Outlook.
1) Intergration to Outlook to record scheduled meetings (appointments of type Meeting or Recurring Meeting).
2) More granular recording of Outlook time (I spend about 30% of my time in Outlook it would be really valuable to understand what is spent on Tasks vs Mail etc). -

Gravatar support? in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on May 05, 2008 22:36.
Will you implement Gravatar (http://gravatar.com/) support? At present this is yet another site that users have to upload their avatar icon to. In addition to the OpenID support that I hear you're planning, that would be really great. -

Twittermap integration? in Brightkite. Last reply on May 04, 2008 21:10.
Have you thought about integration with Twittermap? This is hardly a high priority, but the implementation is likely dirt simple. Looking at their API, it appears that a single HTTP call is all it would take, provided you have the location data already available in a format they can parse. -

Integrating PBWiki into my current website in PBwiki. Last reply on April 25, 2008 01:41.
I would like to integrate my WIKI into my current website and use PBWIKI as a content manager tool that my office can edit. If they edit the WIKI, my website automatically updates. Is this possible?
I would like to have mutliple WIKI's in PBWIKI. For example: Company MIssion, Mailing Address, Blah. Blah. Blah, but all of this as a wiki in PBWIKI. -

Search through commit history instead of just browse. in Beanstalk.
I'd love to be able to search though commit history either based on keywords. I spend a good amount of time figuring out what other team members did, and being able to search for concepts throughout the history of commits would be killer for me.
I don't know if you would want to have search terms applied to commit mesages, code content, or usernames, but there is definitely a chance for some interesting features here. Perhaps, instead of search, take advantage of tagging...that would work quite well with the Lighthouse integration.
This is no small task, but you could probably add some of this functionality just by tossing acts_as_ferret onto changeset models. (BTW, I'm assuming this is built in Rails and not .Net...I know Wildbit does both) This could definitely grind your server pretty hard, though. -

Why can't I integrate with basecamp? in Beanstalk. Last reply on March 22, 2008 16:53.
Why can't I integrate with basecamp?
my basecamp URL is
http://acts-as-consultant.projectpath...
my beanstalk URL is
http://acts-as-consultant.beanstalkap...
I have the right usernames and logins, but beanstalk seems to have a problem.
Any ideas? -

Supporting check-off and ideas in Second Gear. Last reply on March 20, 2008 14:08.
I want to use mail and its todo lists with checkoff. I've found mail's todo lists very unwieldy (I don't want to use my mail program to do checklists, and the checklist system isn't as clean or organizable with folders and colors...), but I think if you add the ease of checkoff to it all, things might work out rather well. I don't know a ton of cocoa programming or a lot about mail, but if you'd like to see something done about seeing if integrating mail's todo lists with ical and checkoff, I'd like to see if I could pull it off. All you'd do is say "Send to mail" or "send to ical", and then let those programs do the other dirty work... you'd send it to mail if you want to share a todo list. You'd send a list to ical if you wanted to attach a date to it. I mean, why program that stuff if someone else has already done it? And then, you'd just need to code some way for those to refer back to checkoff, so that as you finish todo lists in any of those apps, checkoff updates correctly as does anything else that refers to the todo lists. Sound cool? It doesn't sound hard, and I've seen people do crazy stuff like that. Let me know if you think it'd be worth looking into this... I dunno how possible it is, but it sounds like people already have apps creating ical events and mails... how much further do you need to go? and on top of that, it'd be really cool if I worked quicksilver into checkoff too.. but I best not get ahead of myself. -

MyBlogLog integration with Yahoo account not working in mybloglog. Last reply on February 06, 2008 02:04.
I go to sign into my MBL account, and click on the "sign in with Yahoo" button. Firefox then displays the following error message:
"The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for
this address in a way that will never complete." -

Basecamp milestone integration in Beanstalk. Last reply on December 31, 2007 00:48.
Another point of integration with Basecamp would be to integrate with Basecamp milestones.
You could say that a commit completes a milestone, or say that a new tag/branch in the SVN completes a milestone.
This milestone would then be counted as completed in Basecamp. -

GoogleCode Issues integration in Beanstalk. Last reply on December 26, 2007 14:11.
There is built in integration with Lighthouse for bugs/issues, could the same integration be considered for Google Code bugs/issues?
I would happily go with Lighthouse, except they don't have public projects allowed for free accounts.
I'd love to put that 'this commit fixes bug #111', and have it automatically close that bug in the Google Code issues section. -

Thank you Tumblr for adding an API! in Tumblr. Last reply on December 15, 2007 01:36.
I've been stymied for awhile about how to best integrate Tumblr into my site. Because I have lower level directories on my domain that I can't move the standard "point your domain at Tumblr servers" method wasn't going to work. The new API gives me all the access I could ask for.
I love how you've provided both XML and JSON output, and the documentation is fab!

Twitter Integration? in Beanstalk. Last reply on December 04, 2007 19:25.
Hey there,
quick Q: do you have any plans on integration twitter-integration? Kinda useful to broadcast commits to other folks and let users know that there is activity going on on your project... -

As you website says, '6 slideshare employees are listening and participating', then how come my question, asked many days ago remained unanswered. Question again, when we embed the slides in our website, are the slides suppose to play on our site, or does the link takes us to slideshare.net site? thanks in SlideShare. Last reply on November 30, 2007 19:57.
youtube plays embedded videos on personal websites, so I was in the impression that your site does the same. I am using firefox browser. -
