    Javascript additions in Synthasite in SynthaSite. Last reply on July 05, 2008 19:52.

    What is the status of adding small bits of javascript code to Synthasite pages? For example, I could sign up for a search service specializing in my category, but it requires javascript. Also, watch is the status of being able to add live feeds?

    Adding javascript snippet gets me "Opps! (2)" in Intense Debate. Last reply on July 05, 2008 17:17.

    I am trying to add the javascript snippet at my site (doesn't use any standard blog system, it is home-made and hadn't any commenting abilities till now).

    When I add it I get an "Opps! (2)" where I put it (below article). Also after I press "Finish" back to the Intense Debate "add javascript snippet" page, it redirects me to "http://intensedebate.com/editacct/0" and displays "Invalid account. Your accountid is invalid.".

    Javascript popup on Fluid quit causes endless loop in Fluid. Last reply on June 30, 2008 11:26.

    When quitting a Fluid SSB and a javascript dialog pops up, there is an error. At first the popup is not seen, and then OK and Cancel have no effect. I have to force-quit Fluid.

    More specifically, I am using MonkeyGTD as a local file:///Users/foo/gtd.html. Create a new tiddler. Don't save. Quit. In a browser, Javascript says "unsaved changes, click OK to quit anyway or cancel". In Fluid, this popup isn't seen at first, and then OK and Cancel have no effect, the dialog does not go away.

    Use selection on a page as comment in Mento. Last reply on June 26, 2008 16:22.

    I'm used to use del.icio.us. There I built a button/bookmarklet which uses the currently selected text on a page as the "comment" text in the del.icio.us form.

    Is it possible to prefill the comment field of the mento post form with the selected text?

    dopplr badge not working with PBwiki 2 in PBwiki. Last reply on June 26, 2008 06:11.

    I can't get the dopplr badge to work in my Sidebar. I'm using the HTML plugin, but it just displays blank space. There is some javascript - perhaps that's not allowed? Is there a workaround?

    FYI -- the 30boxes badge that is javascript-based did not work either. I saw another post that perhaps the HTML was too "long" for the widget. However, the dopplr code is only about 3 lines.

    Javascript image load after user selects an html in Magic Toolbox. Last reply on June 24, 2008 12:29.

    how can I change the image being displayed, that was loaded using your Magic Zoom tool?
    currently my web pages use a Javascript function to update the page's current image when the user select a product option using a html pull down menu.
    the Javascript basically does;
    "document.my_form.MainImage.src=Images[pass];"

    Broken javascript in Podiobooks.com. Last reply on March 06, 2008 03:04.

    Both Weaver's Web and Tamshi's Imp breaks the javascript to advertise the books we are subscribed to on our website. The javascript provided to users is: [script language="javascript" src="http://www.podiobooks.com/jspb/[username]" type="text/javascript"]

    Putting the javascript on a page causes a javascript error, and the script will not load. The problem actually arises from the use of apostrophes in the name.

    I'm not sure how podiobooks generates the script, but maybe placing an escape character or removing the apostrophe from the database may fix this problem.

    Here's the error code from Internet Explorer for mine:
    Line: 8
    Char: 134
    Error: Expected ")"
    Code: 0
    URL: [hidden]

    This coincides with Tamshi's Imp

    I'm trying to add Javascript to the Wiki (Google Analytics). Is this possible? in PBwiki. Last reply on June 18, 2008 09:04.

    I'm trying to add Javascript to the Wiki (Google Analytics). Is this possible?

    It seems the previously suggested solutions no longer work.

    I'm guessing Javascript may have been disabled to stop SPAM. Is there a simple way to enable it?

    The suggestions here (http://getsatisfaction.com/pbwiki/top...) don't work.

    I have no idea how to access the footer but was trying to add it to the sidebar.

    Twitter HTML embedding erroneously returning 5 entries in Twitter. Last reply on June 18, 2008 01:47.

    Twitter HTML embedded code suddenly returns 5 entries instead of 3. I just added it today and it worked perfectly for a few hours (i.e. only displayed 3 entries). However, now it displays 5, which screws up my page formatting.

    Please advise!

    Fluid's issues with Remember the Milk's keyboard shortcuts in Fluid.

    There is something wrong with the javascript implementation (at least I think). When I use the keyboard shortcut (shift + control + arrow right) to switch tabs in Remember the Milk (http://www.rememberthemilk.com/) they skip over tabs. This is best illustrated by trying it out (note: this works properly in Safari).

    calling functions from javascript code in Tibbo. Last reply on June 15, 2008 17:02.

    Hi there;

    I am using EM1000 platform with TIDE 2.6.22.
    Is there any suggested way to interact javascript code with basic code? What I want to do is, to call a basic language written function when for example a button is clicked without posting to a new html site. In other ways i want to call a basic language written function from a javascript function . My aim is not to refresh the whole html site for just a function call. Currently i found a hack for this using XMLHttpRequest. Is there a known, better way ? Thank you in advance!
