Enable setting refresh intervals in Fluid. Last reply on July 02, 2008 17:10.

As a plugin or advanced feature, I'd like to be able to set an auto-refresh rate for sites like friendfeed.com/iphone or Twitter. Of course, Google Gears support would help in some cases in terms of longer term caching and just accessing data via Javascript APIs, but that's besides the point.

Auto refresh of Twitter.com in Twitter. Last reply on July 01, 2008 14:26.

I would like my Twitter page to automatically refresh. I know I can do this through Safari, but I don't want all my pages to refresh, just Twitter. Is that possible? It is very annoying to have to manually refresh my page all day long. I am using Twitterrific, which does auto refresh, but I don't like it covering up my screen all day long. HELP!! I love Twitter but it needs to auto refresh.

How can I refresh the ical feed sent to Google Calendar? in I want Sandy. Last reply on June 28, 2008 06:04.

I have subscribed to the ical feed so Sandy's calendar will be sent to my Google Calendar, but when I add items, they are not shown on my Google Calendar and I do not receive reminders from Google regularly. I can unsubscribe and resubscribe and that seems to reset the reminders, but that's a pain.

Is there a way I can just send a refresh to Google Calendar?

They don't seem to be able to figure it out on their end. Is there a way Sandy can figure it out on her end so she can either send an automatic refresh every 10 or 15 minutes, or at least a manual option where we can just click on something and it will automatically send a fresh ical feed to update Google Calendar?

Automatic refresh of Activity Overview in Beanstalk. Last reply on May 09, 2008 23:00.

I'd like the Activity Overview page to refresh periodically, perhaps with a lightweight poller to determine if any changes have been committed to the repository and a full-page refresh when its happened.

Fluid SSB not auto-refreshing in Socialthing!. Last reply on June 16, 2008 02:43.

I am using socialthing! in Fluid as an SSB (Site Specific Browser). I wanted to use it to replace Twitteriffic, but it seems as if it is never refreshing with new items, or doing any of the other stuff outlined in the blog post about fluid integration. I was wondering if this is a bug, or if I am doing something wrong. I have it set in fluid so when I quit the last browser window it only hides the window, so any fluid API calls and/or ajaxy stuff should be coming through.

ST! sidebar in Firefox 3 needs some refreshment! in Socialthing!. Last reply on June 13, 2008 18:50.

I am using the socialthing! iPhone page in the sidebar of Firefox 3, which is rad, except I can't figure out how to refresh it. It doesn't seem to do so automatically, and there is no place to click and have it refresh.

    occasional odd behavoir in Seesmic.

Still occasional odd behavoir using Black Seesmic site. Auto refresh not working. Video quality appears inconsistent, no specific time of day or number of other users on service. time. Some videos I have allowed to auto play for confidence after recording never made it to public time line or to Private message. Total number unknown, do not think it is many (guessing 5-10). Last night may have been most. Learned of easy work around using view Profile to avoid show/topic refresh problem.

    Reminder:
    Inbox notification inactive?
Scroll wheel on a Mac never worked but does on PC's to navigate Public as well as following, inbox and sent time lines.

Refreshing causes mass chaos! in Seesmic. Last reply on June 03, 2008 22:20.

Well, two things actually. One, the list does not auto-refresh in any of the tabs, and the other problem is that if you press the refresh button, it clears the list and nothing pops up.
So basically, it won't auto refresh so you go to refresh and when you do it clears the list of videos in that tab.

EDIT: Either it was fixed, or it was a bug only with me. It is fixed.

Pownce 1.02/1.03 not refreshing automatically under AIR on Mac 10.4 in Pownce.

Mac OS X 10.4, running both version 1.02 and 1.03 under AIR

Pownce messages do not refresh when they come in. Even when I push the refresh button, they don't refresh. It still has the same pownce messages on that were there days ago.

The only thing that seems to work is to close Pownce completely and restart it. But it isn't practical for me to do this as I'd have to anticipate when people are going to send a message and then know to restart.

If someone could tell me how Pownce determines when to refresh, maybe that would help my understanding? I'm not sure where to start. :(

Refreshing the page causes all comments to play in Seesmic. Last reply on April 27, 2008 23:08.

Refreshing the page after having watched a few WP Video comments causes all comments to start playing simultaneously. For instance, I watched the TechCrunch announcement page, then clicked my StumbleUpon button by accident, then clicked the 'back' button, and all videos started at the same time.

Socialthing doesn't indicate if my lifestream is up to date. Any plans on fixing that? in Socialthing!. Last reply on April 25, 2008 20:45.

i left my ST lifestream open in my browser over night and i came back this morning. all of the entries said they happened 3 minutes ago, or 10 minutes ago, and i was confused for a moment about what i was looking at. is socialthing going to start pushing the newest content in on a regular basis, or could it show it what time/date the last update happened so i can think to re-fresh the page (even a refresh button would be a good reminder).

When I add a new item through the "new" button, I would like to have the page auto-refresh adding the item. in I want Sandy. Last reply on February 13, 2008 23:30.

Currently, if I use the "new" button, I have to refresh the page to see the item. I'd like it to automatically do so, if the item is a new todo or an appointment for today. Similarly, when I mark a todo as done I'd like the corresponding "appointment" (if there was a date and time) to be marked done without having to refresh. In fact, when marking a todo done, I'd prefer to have it change to done, and then fade away, like forgetting it does.
