Pointless Question: Pointless Spinner? in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on June 27, 2008 20:39.

Is it just me, or is that a completely pointless spinner graphic that displays and disappears after a few seconds of clicking on "You" every single time? :)

Ann Rocks! in Timbuk2. Last reply on June 13, 2008 19:55.

I was deeply disappointed and sad about my niece's missing bag. But then I finally got through and spoke with Ann Heaney. Not only did she take care of my problem right away, but she gave me a name suggestion to boot. Ann Rocks!

Help Center *almost* working. in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on May 30, 2008 16:07.

I think I'm almost there with getting nginx, PHP to play nice with HelpCenter. I suspect trying to get this to work with help.foo.com instead of www.foo.com/help could possibly be causing some issues.

I'm currently getting the following message even though the database has been created and I am able to connect to it. boot.php is configured. Since this is nginx, fastcgi is run separately on port 9000. It seems odd that the database is not being selected even though it is defined.

2008/05/23 03:23:28 [error] 14226#0: *10 FastCGI sent in stderr: "Exception thrown while preparing page: Database error getting Sprinkles root URL: No database selected" while reading response header from upstream, client: 192.168.1.1, server: help.foo.com, request: "GET /admin-findsite.php HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://127.0.0.1:9000", host: "help.foo.com"

Aside from the fact that it's 3:47am, any suggestions would be welcome.

widget codes are switched in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on May 16, 2008 16:17.

It seems like the codes for topic widgets are inverted; css genius one is beside drop it on my blog (the drop it in one comes with some css i'm assuming?)

Please remove the invite request statement if you're not actually going to give them out. in Brightkite. Last reply on May 02, 2008 10:31.

You should remove the message from the invite page: "Absolutely need some more invites? Ask us nicely by clicking the "Feedback" link in the top right corner, and we might help you out." I along with people who can read assume that means that all we had do was ask and we shall receive more. Sure you're not going to give out 50 to each person but the false hope is disappointing.

I just wanted to express my thanks for the recent improvements. We have been using Satisfaction for Beanstalk from the beginning. Since you launched, you have really listened to your members and made some smart design/feature changes. I'm really enjoying the service.

is there a sandbox for experimenting with satisfaction? in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on April 09, 2008 19:45.

Since every posting in Satisfaction is forever, as a company we want a chance to rehearse a few things to see how they look and how the tools work before delivering official responses, etc.

How might we be able to experiment with posting questions and answers where they won't be permanent?

:focus on Keyboard Navigation in Pownce. Last reply on March 26, 2008 04:22.

I think it'd be a great idea if Pownce had some CSS rules specified for the dynamic pseudo-classes :focus just like is already there for :hover. SRSLY. Group a :focus selector with all the :hover selectors that have already been declared, and you're set.

This would really benefit keyboard navigation, and perhaps some other alternative assistive technology devices out there.

One last thing :focus {outline: 0;} ought to go as well. Add overflow:auto if one must.

    Cheers!

p.s. Get Satisfaction could benefit from this, as well.

More room on the Satisfaction 'Add details' box! in PBwiki. Last reply on January 24, 2008 18:20.

I feel like I'm trying to inscribe the Bible on the head of a pin inside this text box. (253 x 116 pixels in my browser; your mileage may vary.) Loosen up a little and give us room to give details rather than just a few words...

Just noticed on the Get Satisfaction - Twitter forum that topics are getting replies, but the No. of Replies is not incrementing.

For example: this topic already has one reply, but the number of replies still says 0.

Button after sharing via Twitter says "cancel", should say "close" or "done". in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on December 26, 2007 21:47.

When you share a topic via Twitter, the screen you get after submitting the form just has a button that says "cancel". But really it's a "close this lightbox" kind of button and should just say "close" or something similar.

Get Satisfaction should have a "My Products" Page in Get Satisfaction. Last reply on December 14, 2007 16:58.

Get Satisfaction should have a "My Products" page where I can select all of the products that I own and can easily follow new topics that are started regarding that product. For example, I own and iPhone and want to add "iPhone" to my products so that I can easily follow new developments and topics regarding my iPhone. I think it's a good idea!
