Inappropriate?Does the site automatically send resumes out or does the user have to click a "Send Resume" button to send their resume's out. The video on the site says to click some button, but I can't find it on the site.
Also; is there a list of the employers you contact for each career field? If so, where can one access that information?
And finally; is there a way to check your own voting grade? If so, how?

We do automatically send out the resumes to the employer. We send them out on Mondays at 9am or Thursdays at 9am. Your resume is sent out in the batch that happens next after you enter your resume.
The company making the video used the button as part of the story. Sorry for the confusion.

Inappropriate?What about the companies you contact? Is there a list that the users can see? Or is that info confidential between TalentSpring and the registered companies?
And can the users, like myself, see our own voting grade?

Inappropriate?Please look in the "My Dashboard" tab. That is where the ranking results appear.
We are currently in the middle of a big change, so that may be empty. If that is the case, as our next round of features are launched, you will then be able to see the results.

Inappropriate?I can't figure out what to do after I upload my resume. The list of users images on the landing page makes me think there is some way to see other user profiles or to participate in some sort of "game" so that I can have a score. If this is not the case, this site is a little misleading. I am not seeing a My Dashboard tab mentioned above.

Inappropriate?I am also very confused. The user interface is inconsistent -- seems there are four places I can view: update the profile, upload my resume, view my resume, or see the TalentSpring front page.
The videos I've seen of this got my hopes up, but I've replaced my resume with an empty file until I can see some "dashboard" and the site's interface matures.
I’m disappointed
