I am planning a show to begin in a couple of weeks. I would like to upload the show to itunes each week. Do you know how much it costs to do this, and what the easiest way to upload is?
Since your outage today, the widget for Talkshoe that I put on my blog states "undefined, no episodes scheduled, visit my call" I have reinstalled it, but still no luck.
We are wanting to invite people from an imported contact list to our show and its not allowing us to. We are on the page where we import contacts. We have selected All and now we are looking for a button that will send invites to the list..... pls help!!
Urgent: I have to set up a company-wide conference call with my CEO this afternoon, and I've been testing the setup. Unfortunately, the TalkShoe Web Client is not playing the streaming audio: it just says "Buffering audio... please wait!" When I click the button for help right below this message, it opens a new window, but nothing shows in that window. Then when I go back to the Web Client, the "Streaming Audio" portion of the screen is missing half of its display, and the audio still does not play.
How can I get this Streaming Audio of the conversation to work before this afternoon?
Also, is there a way to have people who have only called in - without opening the Web Client window - request to talk through their phone's keypad? Or can they only do this if they're in the Web Client?
Is there a way to delete something posted as a review? This is not a review but an annonymous attack on our Board od Directors. It has nothing to do with our PodCasts. We would like to remove it. We are fine if someone wants to post a negative review as that is what the review section is for. This person is just not satisfied with the results she has had by other means and now wants to attack us publicly.

After successfully starting show lost contact with client and cannot re-connect (web or pro).
Talkshoe pro client started by host and guests and show started (recording initiated). Soon thereafter client reported that connection was lost. Further attempts to connect back with client result in "service not available"

Can i please have STEP-BY-STEP instructions as how to join & work a call?Have read all Help blogs & watched all Videos but still cant seem to FULLY understand how it works. Had a call on saturday & our host couldnt even participate but only listen in & record, also a few of our members who joined in could only listen too. As our members are not all computer savvy, we would like an easy STEP-BY-STEP way for them to join the call & participate.

I want to host a community call entirely via phone / VoiP as I will not have a computer available. What I would like to do is to start the call and have all joining participants except me muted unless I as the host unmute them via phone. Is it possible to do this? If not, I would like to see the ability to have full control as a host via Keypad functions.

How can I capitalize some of the letters in my user name after signing up?, I don't want to change the screen name, I want to capitalize some of the letters in my user name. I don't think that changing my screen name will change my user name. My user name and screen name are not the same.
I am having a problem matching the correct time to my call. I need to schedule a call for 10am Pacific / 12pm Central. How does that match up? It probably sounds silly, but the last call I scheduled was off.
Looks like we're back to having the shows get caught in the system's craw and not get moved to the download / processed server.
Strangely, the last activity on a similar issue was roughly 28 days ago. I hesitate to tie it to lunar cycle, but maybe it's related to some monthly processing that gets scheduled on Sunday nights and wedges things up?
I host OSD- Obsessive Sneaker Disorder and our weekly talk show took place last night. We ran into an issue around 10 pm EST with some people logging into the show and those that wanted to stream the show couldn't hear it.
Was there something going on with the servers that may have caused this issue?
Secondly, I checked my call stat numbers and it's only crediting me for 1 Live Audio Streamer, when I know I had at least 11 through Talkshoe.

We had a show in which someone called up and was using profanity among other things. I deleted the show, but it is still showing up in the RSS feed. How can I fix this?
Show invasion of "Things You Can't Say on the Internet" at 11:45p Eastern. We had user "bertagnaj" connect to chat, then un-login'd SE Pennsylvania caller dialed in. SE Penn then proceeded to apparently be able to remotely un-mute the call at will. Proceeded to be offensive and disruptive.
