5/3/09 audio file upload not working
show audio file upload not working. It has been over 12 hours since I uploaded 6 shows. now URL for the audio file has been generated, and the shows still show as not having audio. I tried deleting one show and adding it again to see if last night there was a problem and the record did not get greated properly, but still no no. I see no messages about a upload problem. I have been uploading files for a long time, and am somewhat competent in doing the procedure. What is the problem?

Uploaded recordings normally post in 10 minutes or less. However, we just discovered that the recordings processor failed earlier today. We'll have it restarted within an hour. It may take another hour to clear the backlog.

Currently, we're expirencing an outage with the Recordings processor server that allows you to get your recordings and we're working to restore it to TalkShoe users as soon as possible.

We have brought the recordings processor server back online and it should be processing recordings now.. If yours is not processed in the next 12 to 24 hours, please let us know so we can look into it.

Inappropriate?This appears to be happening again, at least with my page. The show I recorded last night doesn't have any audio files associated with it. I thought there was an error because I had problems with the chat during the recording, but this morning I made a new show, recorded about 15 seconds, and ended it, just to upload the recording from the previous show. I just uploaded a new file and still there is no recorded audio. Help? -

We've been working on this issue today. The recordings processor is functional again today; although, we had a primary recording disk failure this morning and we're now running off of the backup disk. If you notice any slowness regarding recordings this is why.
