ALL of my calls have vanished - POOF.
Hi,
I just logged into my back office and ALL of the calls that I have ever created are gone - POOF. I did email Dave but have not heard back yet. Can someone offer me some help regarding these missing calls/sessions.
I don't believe I did anything wrong that my calls would be deleted, did I?
I need them back, the people who took these classes would like the content.

What is your 5-digit call ID. And from what email address did you email me a request? I have not acted on any requests from anyone named Lori in the past three weeks as far as I can tell.

Inappropriate?Right, I didn't send a delete request at all... i just sent an email to you stating the same thing. Hopefully this can be solved, lots of hours of teaching here.

Inappropriate?FYI, you never sent a delete request and nothing has been deleted. I'm confused about what your issue is. For example, on the call page for 49542, while you have no future episodes currently scheduled, the past four episodes are posted there (5/13, 5/20, 5/27, and 6/3). You can listen to any of them by clicking the orange listen button. The other call pages show multiple recordings as well.

i can respond to what happened in my case -- i was using Google Chrome and for some reason my calls can't be seen from this browser.
I went on a fluke to check in out via Explorer, and poof - there they all were again.
I think I gave Dave a headache. ;(
