You can simulcast (do a videocast and Talkshoe at the same time) if you have the proper computer resources to handle that kind of bandwidth and CPU usage. There are a number of services that do videocasting such as uStream.tv, Stickam, and Justin.tv, just to name a few. A few hosts on Talkshoe do the simulcast method, however, most will do a separate videocast, aside from the Talkshoe podcasts.
