Change user name or user id or nickname
Hi, I would like to change my username or userid that i use when i log into talk shoe. I can't find my preferences page where i would go to so that i can change it. Where is it? Thanks,

The only thing that can't be changed in the TalkShoe system is your username. But there are two workarounds:
1) You can set and/or change your "Screen Name". Once you do this, no one other than you will ever see your username; only your Screen Name will appear. One of the advantages of setting your Screen Name is that you can use spaces and other characters not allowed in usernames. To make this change, Sign In, click on "myTalkShoe", click the "Profile" tab, and then set or change your "Screen Name". Notice that you can also change the email address that TalkShoe uses to communicate with you, the public email address shown to your audience, your website address, your bio, etc. Be sure to save your changes by clicking the green "Update Profile" button at the bottom.
2) If you really need a different username, Sign Out and create a new account with that username. Then email daven@talkshoe.com indicating that you'd like all of your call series and recordings moved from username A to username B (please specify the actual usernames). There is a $50.00 charge for this service.
