Chatroom members kicked out???
We had about 30 people in our chatroom when recording last week and they were continually kicked out. Is there a limit?

Inappropriate?There is a limit of 250 chat room users at one time (I think that's the right number). It may have been something on Talkshoe's side that was causing this issue or maybe they were all using the Web Client, which will reset itself from time to time. When this happened, what was the 5 sigit Show ID, date and time of the episode and I will be happy to have the Engineers look into it for you. -
Inappropriate?I've noticed that my callers get "knocked out" of the web chat occasionally... just had a regular listener mention it to me. You said the web client will "reset itself".... does that interfere with the stream as well?
