Facebook App Not Working
I have tried downloading the Facebook app several times using both Firefox and IE but nothing happens when I click on the image to download the app- Facebook opens to my home page without any new application added. Also frustrated with your process for getting issues resolved- having users log into another site (Get Satisfaction) to resolved an issue is ridiculous.

Inappropriate?I believe that the TalkShoe Facebook app is installing correctly for you but that it's not being automatically bookmarked. After installation, if the application does not automatically appear in your apps list:
1) While still logged into Facebook, click the Home link at the top.
2) In the right-hand "Applications" section, click "Edit".
3) Select the TalkShoe app and "Edit settings"
4) Click the "Bookmark" tab, check the box, and click "OK".
It should now appear in your apps list.
Regarding this GetSatisfaction Help system, we love it because every question answered (whether by TalkShoe or it's users) becomes part of the knowledge base and speeds resolution of others' problems.

While on the topic of Facebook, for anyone having problems with the TalkShoe app in Facebook, here's how to repair it:
1) Log in to Facebook.
2) Click the "Home" link at the top.
3) In the right-hand "Applications" section, click "Edit".
4) Click the X for the TalkShoe app to remove it.
5) At the top right, type "TalkShoe" in the search box.
6) Find "TalkShoe - Community... Read More Calling" application and click the link for it (View Application).
7) Click "Go To Application".
8) Click "Allow".
The company says
this solves the problem

The Talk Shoe App does not appear in my application as described in Step 3 below....as for Get Satisfaction, it's another annoying site that I Talk SHoe is making register for to resolve a problem with your site...your "off-shoring" your customer service to another company b/c you didn't want to develop a similar portal for yourself- it may be a good service, but I would imagine most users would like to avoid adding another website into their multitude of sites that likely will be used once or twice.
