Having trouble unmuting myself (host) as well as callers.
So, when I launch the show, with Talkshoe Pro, I then proceed to call in via telephone. However, the show logs me in under my alternate user ID and thus, I cannot mute and/or unmute callers. How can I make sure that when I call into my own show, that it recognizes me as the user/host of the show?

Inappropriate?Are your two PINs close in number to each other? That is how the phone bridge determines who is whom, by PIN. I can only suggest you confirm your host PIN, to make sure you are not entering your alt PIN by accident. I have done this myself once or twice.1 Comment

Bruce, I am simply entering the PIN number in the black box at the bottom of the TALKSHOE LIVE PRO window. Is there another method of confirming my host PIN vs. my alternate caller PIN ID?
