host controls can't call in
My show ID is 31049 - name Stephanie Bell (SpiritCoachSteph).
When I originally started 2 broadcast show I was calling in from a 2nd phone line in our house. My husband would call in as a listener from our primary home phone. (Chris Bell).
I now need 2 use our primary home phone to HOST MY SHOW but when I dial in using that number it identifies me as my husband and I do not have access to the HOST controls.
My show airs WED NIGHTS at 9pm ET. Please advise how to resolve this issue.
Thank you and blessings!

P.S. My original pin is my cell number -- I DO NOT USE my cell 2 call into the show. Is there a way to change the pin or is that unnecessary?
Thank you.

Inappropriate? When you call in, the phone bridge will automatically identify you using caller ID and will use that phone number to login to the show with. I would suggest contacting Dave Nelson at daven@talkshoe.com by email and see what he can do to assist you with this.

Inappropriate? There's a simple solution here. Make sure that none of your PINs match any phone number you might call from.
TalkShoe detects your phone number when you call in. We check to see if it matches a PIN in our database. If it does not, then we prompt you to manually enter your PIN using your telephone keypad (touch tones). At that point, you may enter any PIN to identify yourself as any of your different host identities.
