If my call gets recorded, does the chat get recorded too ?
Every one of the shows I do gets recorded.
During the call, chat is enabled and people come
and chat and go throught the call.
My past calls are all archived and available, but
I never see how I can access the chat portion of
any of those calls. Can I, and if so, how ?

While the show is recorded and stored on your Talkshoe show page, there is no chat stored there. If you go to www.talkshoesupportlive.com, you will find in the menu a button for a chat Grabber. What you can do is enter your call ID, then select the show you want to see the chat from. You can even download the chat file.
