Irritating technical issue

I still can't get anything to record. My page just flashes on and off constantly. I shut down Firefox and tried Internet explorer, but that did not work. I also tried to schedule a new episode for an old call but that won't work either. I can't click anything on the page once it says my call is scheduled...then it just begins flashing, and says "reloading" instead of showing me the shoephone badge. I can't figure out what to do and I am very, very frustrated. I've been trying for an hour to start a recording.
