If you don't like what shows up in iTunes, fix it in TalkShoe and it will flow through to iTunes after your next new episode. Follow these steps (as applicable):
1) Sign In at www.talkshoe.com
2) Click "myTalkShoe"
3) Click the name of the desired Call Series (AKA Talkcast/podcast)
4) There will be four tabs near the top of the white space. Click the first one titled "Update"
5) Change the title, description, category, rating, or keywords, etc.
6) Click "Update Call" to save your changes
7) If you want to change your image, at this point (or after step 3), click the "Upload new image" link below your image and follow instructions. A 300x300 pixel JPG format is best for iTunes.
8) All of the above apply to your entire Call Series. If you want to change the name and/or description of a particular episode, after step 3 above, locate the desired past episode and click "O" (options) then "Update" to the right of the episode listing and change the Episode Description and/or Episode Notes. be sure to click the "Update Past Episode" button to save your changes.
Changes will flow through to iTunes within 24 hours after your next new episode.

The episode notes are what I want them to be, but when viewed in the iTunes store, the episode title and description are identical. -
Tell me how to find your podcast in iTunes so that I can see this. Thx. -
Great, thanks!

That should take you to it. If not, do a search for "The Litterbox". If you click the 'i' in the description column, it shows the correct description. But without clicking that all I see is the title repeated. -
Inappropriate? In order to change this, you must change the description of your Call on TalkShoe.
To do This:
1. Login
2. Go to your Call Series Page
3. Click Update
4. Change/Update Description
4. Click the green "Update Call" button and you're finished! -
Inappropriate? For example, look at this podcast: http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZ...
or this one: http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZ...
Each episode has a name, and a description. When my podcast is posted the name and the description are identical, even though clicking the info button shows two different things: http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZ...
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Greg,
We have isolated this to a TalkShoe bug. We'll have to change our RSS generation software to work properly with iTunes. We do not yet have a projected fix date.
Do note that your full description appears when you click the "i" in the iTunes description field. At least it's there, if not entirely obvious.
