June 14th/15th Can't call in
Suddenly I can't call in to talkshoe. My pin is the same - my cell is the same. I got dropped off a call and have not been able to get to the pin request recording ever since. Problem started around 11pm EDT I believe on June 14th.

Inappropriate?How are you trying to call into Talkshoe, land line or cell phone at the 724-444-7444 number? SIP using Shoephone, Gizmo, XLite, etc.? or by Skype calling into the 724-444-7444 number?
If you are using SIP to call in, try calling in with another method, such as a land line or cell phone and see if that is successful or not. Sometimes, the SIP ports get full and will not allow anyone to call in using that method, so the only other way to call in is by using one of the other methods. You can keep trying the SIP as the ports free up, you will be able to call in again that way. -
Inappropriate?If you had looked at my question more closely you would have seen that I was referring to my cell phone - "pin is the same - cell the same". However since the issue now seems resolved I won't push the issue any further. I was in the middle of a call when this happened - your system hung up on me - my battery was fine. Then your system wouldn't answer when I repeatedly tried to call back in on my CELL phone. Why bother answering a question with a question?

Inappropriate?I seen your "pin the same - cell the same" response, however, that did not come right out and say that you were using your cell phone. Thus, the extra questions about your connectivity. Just because your pin and cell number are the same (mine are too) however, doesn't mean that you are using your cell phone, unless you actually tell us that you were using your cell phone.
For example, I connect via Skype and use my pin number/cell number for logging into my Talkshoe account.
I apologize if I offended you by asking the extra questions in an attempt to quickly resolve your issue. I will try not to do that again when handling your requests.
