login information not working
I cant login into my account. I have been a member for over a year, but have not used it in a few weeks. When I put in my "forgot my password" info, it sends me a password, but not the one that has my shows on the account. Please help. I have the widget for my show on several sites, but cannot reschedule new ones because I cant login.

Inappropriate?When your login is not working, on the "Sign In" page click the link titled "forgot your user name or password". You'll be prompted for your email address. The TalkShoe system will send the user name and password associated with that email address to that address.
In your case, you had multiple accounts associated with the same email address. TalkShoe sends you only the first one it locates. This was the cause of your problem (now resolved since we've spoken). In this case, call "System Down Support" at 724-935-8265 or email daven@talkshoe.com for help and we'll manually retrieve all of your accounts.
