Lost audio
We lost our recording made last night. (Call ID 40164.) I think I did everything correctly, but there's no audio listed on the page for our most recent call. Can you help, or is this one really gone?

Nothing has been lost by us at TalkShoe. It was just a primary recording hardware failure on our end... We are now running on a backup recording disk and recordings should be processing and posting once again. If you notice slowness with regards to recordings, it is due to us running off of the backup disk. -
