Inappropriate?Sadly, right now.... They can't.
We've got an update scheduled for later this month that will introduce *8 (*T) as a request-to-talk-by-phone option. :)
I’m excited for the new release

Inappropriate?I've asked this question last month and never received a response.
Is this feature available? -
Inappropriate?Since Tommy's reply, the *8 (*T) function now works allowing someone that is calling on the phone only, to request to talk.

Thanks!
Is there a way for callers (phone only) to mute or un-mute themselves? -
Inappropriate?Callers can mute/un-mute themselves by using *6 on their phones. This only works when the caller mutes themselves to begin with, so when you mute the callers, the *6 will not un-mute them, you will need to do this the first time and then they can *6 to mute and un-mute when they want to.
