My login is waterlogged
I goofed when I initially signed in by typing in the encrypted stringer in the wrong place ---next to my user ID !!!!! ARGH !!!!!, which became part of my login ID. It is cumbersome and I often cannot gain valid access with that.
I want something simple. How can I change it?

Inappropriate?For issues with your user ID, contact Dave Nelson at daven@talkshoe.com and give him the details. He may be able to help you reset your user ID to a more usable ID. -

The username is the one thing that we can't change in our system (we use it as a master key of sorts). However, if you create a new username, I can move your existing call series to that new account.
Send your original and new usernames to daven@talkshoe.com and I'll take care of it for you.
By the way, for anyone else reading this post, it is easy to change your "Screen Name" that is displayed to the world. If that's what you're looking to do, Sign In, go to myTalkShoe, and click the "Profile" tab and set your Screen Name. Be sure to save changes by clicking the green button at the bottom.
The field may include spaces and various special characters so you can make your Screen Name clearer or more creative than your username. You can also change it as often as desired which is especially handy if you have guest accounts for people you interview on your show. You can change the Screen Name to be the real name of the guest each week.
