My Recording is still NOT available, after 3 days!

Inappropriate?Our system shows that your unlisted call series (31320) is set for "manual" recording. The call logs show that you and one other person called in on 5/6 but that the recording command was never issued. As such, no recording was captured.
When you click the "Start Recording" button, you should hear the 7-second TalkShoe audio logo. If the command fails for some reason, you will not hear the audio logo but will see a flashing red message on your screen indicating that recording did not start - please try again. -

I really thank you guys for helping me out, I want to start up my podcast show again, I just need for my program to be able to download. Can you please help, someone contact me last week and I didn't get any results yet. Thanks for your time -

I am having the same problem again, I have tired twice to make a show, and it's not recording HELP!! -
Inappropriate?When you clicked the Start Recording button, found at the top of the chat room, did the chat room indicate that the recording had started and showed a timer? Also, did you hear the 7 second Talkshoe Recorded Live message? Were there any other messages or indicators that came up that might have told you that the recording was not functioning?

Inappropriate?When I got on the page it told me in red this is not being recorder. Then I pressed to record the show, it still stated the same thing. I didn't hear and talk shoe live message. I saw on the screen we are live. I hope this help. I tried twice to have different approaches. Thanks for your time
