No longer able to connect to talkshoe via SIP

Up until last Saturday, I was able to connect to talkshoe over a SIP connection using X-Lite. Since Saturday night, however, any attempt to connect using a SIP client is answered with the recording "The person you are calling is unavailable please try again." Has something changed on the talkshoe side as far as connecting with SIP?
