please help with these chat room problems

^^^^I am using firefox. It's happening yet. I try to open the chat client and often get kicked out and also when I try to re-enter, nothing happens or the web client opens and nothing happens. I use the regular one - web client.

Also, I'd like to suggest to please have showing where the call in number and pin; etc. is to show also to please put in noticeable print how to mute *6 and how to talk *8 and any other important info like that. Please make that happen so people who are into the chat can see how to do that. It would probably cut down on noise. The only other way is if the moderator keeps repeating it.

Are you able to answer this to? How do I set up a username to log in to the chat instead of a guest?

The Web Client that you are using has some stability issues that our Technical Team is working to fix. For the time being, I might suggest that you use the Pro Client (the downloaded one) as it is more stable and does not require a browser window to be open to use.

I have similar issues when using Firefox with the Web Client and given that Firefox crashes, at least for me, even on other sites, the Pro Client is your best bet to prevent this from happening.

I like your suggestions and will pass them on. We take all suggestions seriously and will see what we can do to implement them.
