Inappropriate?We have switched to our backup recording disk, since we had a failure on our primary recording disk failure. Our recordings processor is now back online and running. If you notice any slowness with recordings, that is due to us running on the backup disk.

Paul - I am going to have the Technical team look into why the stats have not updated. We might have an issue with the Stats Processor. -
Inappropriate?On 7/22/09. I have already done 40 successfully recorded and posted episodes - but this morning's episode, that said "call is being recorded" just hasn't shown up anywhere. It's not in my list of completed recorded episodes. The missing episdoe is #41. The call-id is 52956.
We actually do a live, on-the-air radio station talk show using Talkshoe, and the program hosts have a long-in-advance scheduled guest who joins the call. It would be very difficult to get this guy again, so it's a REALLY important call !! I don't know why this one episode is just not there.
Can anyone tell me what's going on ?
This may be relevant: This morning for the first time in MY experience (been a user for 3 months) I couldn't get "Start my Call" started at the
scheduled start time. The web site would just hang there at the 'start my call' page, It wasn't until 30 minutes later that I finally was
able to get my call started. WERE YOU GUYS HAVING PROBLEM AT THAT TIME ?
Please I really need someone to reply to this as soon as possible,
