Recording will not post due to call length.
Some people forgot to disconnect from the call last night, so the recording ended up being almost 5 hours long, even though it only lasted about half an hour. The recording is so long that the file is not available for playback or download. This was a very important call that filled up and people are waiting to hear it. Can you please cut the audio recording so that it will be available to download or playback? Call ID: 21600, Episode 159. We had the same problem with Episode 157, so if you could fix that one as well it would be greatly appreciated. I will try to remind the host to end the recording when the call is finished.

Inappropriate?I have sent your isses to our Technical Team to get them resolved for you. They should be able to have your recordings available soon. These issues are most likely happening after the encoding process is completed, it is nothing that you did to make this happen. We will get this taken care of for you.

Inappropriate?This problem has still not been fixed and it is not due to the call length. The recent call was short (Episode 162) it lasted only 27:30 and is not available to stream or download. And the ones I requested to be fixed, are still not available and it has been 2 weeks since I reported the problem. Call ID number 21600 (http://www.talkshoe.com/tc/21600)
