Inappropriate?Thanks for reporting this issue. We've found an issue with one of the Disk storeage that holds the Recordings.
We're working to get this fixed as soon as possible. Thanks for Supporting TalkShoe.

Inappropriate?We have switched to our backup recording disk, since we had a failure on our primary recording disk failure. Our recordings processor is now back online and running. If you notice any slowness with recordings, that is due to us running on the backup disk.
