search by screen name
I want to search for people's profiles but I don't know how. When I enter screen names that I know to be valid into search, it says there is no "call" by that name. How do I tell it I want to search for users, not calls?

We currently do not support searching for a user's profile. Thanks for letting us know this is something that people would like to see, I'll be sure to let the rest of the team know.
If there is a user that hosts a call and you searched for them (the user), you'll be able to find the Call and the User's Profile.

Inappropriate?TalkShoe currently supports "search by screen name" only for call hosts, not for call participants. To find hosts, enter their screen names in quotes like this: "numbers guy". When you find a match, click on the screen name to access their full profile.
You can also access the profile of ANYONE during a live call by clicking on their screen name in TalkShoe Live.
