sip not working

when i tryed to call in using x-lite i can get called in then i dont hear the lady or man telling me to enter show id all i get is dead air so i when and tryed the talk show pro with show phone when i use show phone i get called in then i turn off the audio for show but when i turn off shoe phone sound comes back i think somthign is wrong i called isp sed ever thign look good and i open the ports i need so that not the problem thay sed its talk shoe send to get a hold of them so that what im doing what going on thanks
