technical support

My call ended tonight. I kept pressing "end" and it wouldn't stop. Didn't notice that at first. I then received a phone call from someone on my cell who was on the call that said she could hear my entire conversation and that I forgot to press end or hang up the phone (I called in from a landline). But the landline was hung up. I looked at the phone, pressed "Talk" and then "end" again on my land line phone. For some reason, some how freaky, everything I was saying was being recorded. I pressed "End" on the internet and it would not stop recording. I received an error message and I did a screen shot. Also, in the beginning of the call, I kept pressing "Record" and it wouldn't record. Throughout the call, when I tried to "Mute" and "Unmute" people, that wasn't working as well.

I listened to my call, and at the end, it did pick up everything that I was saying to my collegue in private discussion. I don't understand how and my phone call was hung up. Can you please edit/delete the ending of the recording so that it stops when we all say "goodbye"?
