Users being kicked out
Good afternoon.
I'm getting some feedback that a number of folks had issues with the TalkShoe Pro and many were getting kicked out of the chat room. This continues to be an issue, but it seemed to be particularly bad this past Wednesday, Jan. 21st between the hours of 9:30 pm EST and 12 AM EST on Thursday, Jan. 22nd.
Are there any suggestions that I can recommend to my callers/ streamers that may alleviate this issue? Thank you in advance.

Inappropriate?When using the Web Client, you may see this more depending on what browser the callers are using. They will want to clear the cache in the browser and then restart the browser again. Also, make sure that they are using the latest version of their browser and java client to insure they are fully updated. Firefox seems to work better than most browsers, and tehre have been reports that Safari seems to work well too. -
