Why is my recording a silent one-minute recording rather than my actual call?
When I listen to recording, it is a blank (silent) one minute recording rather than my 44 minute call. However, the information beside the button correctly lists the duration as 44 minutes.
Did I incorrectly record the call? Note that I stopped the recording, but then hung up and called back in to start it again--it definitely said that it was recording.
