Really Poor Marketing Tactics
A few marketing tips for you. 1. View a demo video IS NOT viewable on the iPhone. Let me understand your logic... You tell people on the app store to go to your site for more info, and then your video demo does not play on the iPhone? Post it up on YouTube and then link to it on your site. 2. Make it EASY on your site for people to contact you. What, no contact us email link? You trying to make it difficult for your target audience on purpose. Take it from a online marketing expert... Two BIG mistakes!

Inappropriate?PS I for one NEVER buy from someone that I cannot identify a clear path of communication. Recent studies show that I am not alone. You have done nothing but put an obstacle in the way of the sales funnel.

Inappropriate?Thanks for your feedback Larry. Actually the video used to work fine on the iPhone. Not quite sure what happened. Something might have changed in the latest version of mobile safari that we need to address on our side. Thanks for letting us know.
Also, we do have an email address on our about page. The reason why we don't make it more obvious is because we want to route questions to getsatisfaction.com. The truth is, we don't have the time to answer the same questions over and over through email. 99% of the time a question has been answered already on this site. We appreciate your advice, but we are a 2 person team and our current system is the best way for us to manage support and have time to develop more applications.
Keep in mind we are not selling $50+ applications here. Our apps are $.99-$1.99. We offer plenty of support to our customers considering the investment they make in our apps. With that said, we do plan to improve support on our site over time. But there's only so much we can do at once. Thanks for your feedback.
