Recovering from disaster

I had a problem and lost the data in my iPhone. I managed to recover the data using iPhone Backup Extractor, but I can't read the dates in the xml file retrieved.

How can I translate the dates in the xml data file to something that could be re-entered in WeightBot?

I’m frustrated because I can't recover my data
