rolling time frame graph

would like a graph with a rolling time frame...not limited to calendar (weeks, months, years)....so let me do a graph of N days, or N weeks or N months...where N is variable...and it crosses calendar boundaries....for example...I'd like to look at last 6 weeks of graph, regardless of weeks or months...or last 100 days...that's what I mean by variable/flexible time frame graph
