Weightbot: Unable to disable to password; shaking is not clearing
When I try to disable the password I am prompted to change my password or 'shake to clear'. No amount of shaking clears any entered digits nor disables the password. There does not appear to be any other way of clearing the password (I don't want to change it, just remove it).
I don't think my accelerometer has any problems as I am able to play games like Rolando fine.

Inappropriate?Make sure you shake the phone for about 2 seconds, it does seem to take a little longer on some devices and OS versions then on others.

Inappropriate?Hi, this doesn't help.
I have the same issue. -
Inappropriate?I think I have the same issue - except it seems that iPhone 3.0 is hijacking the shake-to-clear so once the password is on, it stays on.

Inappropriate?Shaking longer solved the problem for me. Even though the iPhone undo dialog popped up, the code is cleared now.

Inappropriate?Hi, I am having a problem with the shake to clear an entry on an iPhone 3GS running 3.1.2.
No matter how much I shake it doesn't clear, shaking for 10 seconds and still nothing happened.
I have tried restarting the iPhone but it made no difference
<edit> Sorry just realised this is about the password, I am trying to clear a recorded entry</edit>
