Inappropriate?Well the songs must be downloaded from the internet. The only way for the iPod to connect is through wifi. Are there any wifi hotspots near where you live? Possibly a school, library, or cafe?

Inappropriate?wait r u kidding me....how the hell did u get tap tap revenge 2 without wifi...if u cant download the songs, how did u download the acctual game???
-
Well you can sync the app from your computer. -
yeah but doesnt that mean u have to have ethernet? -
yes, but have you ever connected an ethernet cable to your iPhone/iPod Touch? some people don't have a router with Wi-Fi capability. -
There is a way to do it without a wifi router, but you have to have a computer with a wifi card. You can share your wired internet connection over wifi, then download it to the ipod... Though I think it's still easiest to find where with wifi and just do it there. -
Inappropriate?Conversely, I have both 3G and Wi-Fi access. However I still cannot download songs. If I use the 3G network, the download fails at around the 95% mark each time. It just says, "Download Failed." If I use the Wi-Fi network, I can't even reach the menu with "Hard Tracks" and "Staff Picks." It just remains blank. Help! Is there something fundamentally wrong?
Thank you in advance,
Philip K
I’m depressed!

Yes, right now we're having some server issues so the files will not download. -
I think there are still some problems with Tapulous's servers. The problem might clear up on its own if you give it a while. :) -
MAYBE is because you have a bad internet? -
Inappropriate?Bummer...it would be great if there was a way to get the songs from your computer and sync them to the app, but if not I'll have to go on a "new song binge' when I'm at the airport next lol....could that cause any problems btw? A friend of mine downloaded a whole bunch of new songs but found some of his old ones went missing and some of the new ones that were on the extreme difficulty dissapeared after he exited the app...

I was downloading at the airport not long ago and it worked for me *shrug* -
I've been able to download songs via 3G & wifi, but have had trouble at times with either. I've never had songs "go missing" as far as I know though. There are so many that I'm not sure I'd notice if a few disappeared. I don't doubt this sort of thing is possible though & it would tie in nicely with some of my memory management, fragmentation, & performance degrading with time theories.
