Awards not being awarded in ttr 3

First thing, ttr rocks.
Now to business. I've had trouble reedeming several rewards, regardless of how many times I do the action required for the award.
I've fc'ed six easy songs trying to get the mastery -1 award. I've spent numerous hours in the chat rooms, but I can't get the chat award. Also, I can get the tap tap -1 award for beating tap tap revenge by stroke nine on medium. I've fc'ed it twice, but haven't won the award. I've also played for three weeks straight, and I still haven't won the award for playing 14 days in a row!
