Block [still] doesn't work
Hi,
It appears the block functionality still doesn't work? Someone sent me a PM and when I go to messages:
1) I select the offensive message.
2) On the message screen it says "Stop Following." Odd, cause I never selected follow. Never, ever, ever. :)
2) So I hit stop following. Twitter looks like it does something and presents me with 'Follow' and 'Block' buttons.
3) I select 'Block'. The button changes to unblock, so I think great, it took the block.
4) I select Messages on the bottom bar. Yay, it looks like the message is gone!
5) I either hit refresh or restart twinkle. The message reappears in the message list.
Plus, this particular message is 12 weeks old! I think for whatever reason it's fallen through the cracks. Could someone at Twinkle please just delete the message, I don't want to stare at butt cheeks every time I start Twinkle.

I have losers that I don't know sending me PMs trying to flirt and blocking them only seems to work until I exit Twinkle and come back. If it doesn't persist, then what's the point?

Inappropriate?I have the same problem. Everytime I look at my private messages I get to see a guy asking me how big I am, you know, down there. I blocked him, but his message remains. We need a way to delete private messages, or block them so they won't come back.

Inappropriate?This problem is particularly frustrating since these messages I can't block or delete happen to be random strangers that are cruising the internet. My wife certainly doesn't appreciate me having some random gay dudes' PMs perma-saved on my phone.

Inappropriate?So it's been two months since I reported this. One month since Ed the Official Rep said they were "working on it." Ummmm, any update? I removed Twinkle and re-installed last night and I see that I still cannot block/delete inappropriate PMs.....

It has to do with some client-server connection issues we are sorting out. -
Inappropriate?The nearby feature on Twinkle is useless to me as I blocked someone while there were problems and now any time that person posts near me I get "an error occured while refreshing"
I have pretty much given up on Twinkle. It's a shame as I used to love it so much, but just can't really use it any more. People are flying away from this app in droves Tapulous, I think you better get things sorted!

Inappropriate?This is the first time I've had this problem, but I got an offensive message from some idiot four days ago whose profile pic is an old dude squatting in a chair in the nude. Even though I have blocked AND reported him, his message still shows up in my Private Messages list.
I've deleted Twinkle, reinstalled it, re-logged in, etc., all to no avail.
Deeeeesgusting. It's not a Twitter message, but a Twinkle one, and I'm stuck with it until you guys either fix the bug and/or allow the deleting of private messages.
I’m almost ready to switch back to Twitteriffic, but I love Twinkle too much
