Can I force Twinkle to use only GPS? (Versus flawed GSM Location)
Is it possible to force Twinkle to use GPS? At my home place, Location Services is way off (130 mi) but GPS is on spot.

Inappropriate?Hi Chris,
I've heard a few other people with similar issues. It sounds like we may need to do something like add an option to use the built in GPS if you have it. -
Inappropriate?in the meantime, users should report the location and MAC Address of their WiFi routers to skyhook to help get rid of these issues...
Also I made a feedback to Skyhook to get apple to introduce self healing by using GPS to correct Skyhook info... -
I wouldn't be surprised if this is already happening. I believe that all of your phone's position inputs--GPS, wifi, and cell signals--get shipped off to the location server, and I'd imagine they can use all that data to repair and fine-tune their database. I sent them an e-mail earlier today to ask them about this, but I don't know if it amounts to a trade secret.
But I guess we're getting a little off-topic here. -
Inappropriate?I'd like to see a setting to choose your location like in the Showtime app for iPod touch users who don't have GPS and/or live in a location with many wifi hotspots.
I’m loving this idea
